Allstate Auto & Truck Repair

The Shop on West Beaver Street

Family-owned, full-service and built for everything from a daily driver to a loaded Class 8 tractor: that combination is rarer than it should be, and it is the whole idea of our shop.

Who we are

A local shop with heavy capability

Allstate Auto & Truck Repair Inc. has been a local, family-owned truck shop on Jacksonville's Westside since 2007. We work across light, medium and heavy duty every day: cars and work pickups, box trucks and dump trucks, loaded sleeper tractors, the trailers behind them and Class A motorcoaches. From a scheduled PM to an in-frame overhaul, our customers trust us to do the job right the first time, whether it is one owner-operator's truck or a company's whole fleet account.

The promise printed on our brochure is the standard we run the shop by: we understand the importance of communicating with our customer, performing a quality repair at a fair price in a timely manner.

Credentials

Certified, registered and accountable

We employ ASE certified technicians: trained, tested and current, with continuing education as systems change. The National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence was founded in 1972 to raise the standard of vehicle repair through training and testing, and its certifications are still the clearest proof a technician knows the systems in front of them. The shop is fully licensed and insured, registered with the State of Florida as Motor Vehicle Repair Shop MV63814.

We are a NAPA AutoCare Center and a certified NAPA Truck Service Center, which backs qualifying commercial repairs with NAPA's nationwide over-the-road warranty. And we install JASPER remanufactured engines, transmissions and differentials, carrying JASPER's nationwide transferable parts and labor warranty.

Meet Rocky

Every shop has a foreman. Ours is a brindle and white French Bulldog named Rocky, and he takes the greeting side of the job seriously: if you come through the office door, you will be inspected before anyone gets to your truck.

He is not much help with a clutch job, but he has been part of this place long enough that regulars ask about him before they ask about the estimate. Come by and say hello to him.

One customer's story

I had my 2004 Airstream Landyacht Motor Home worked on here. It was running a little rough and missing. When I got motor home back, it ran better than it ever has. The person in the office was very professional and I was treated with the utmost respect. I was kept informed and the motor coach was ready when promised. This is where all my repairs will be done in the future and I recommend them to anyone that needs motor work done.
