- Ask about after-hours drop-off if the workday makes drop-off hard.
- Fleet account? Tell us and we will slot the whole list, not just one unit.
- Broken down on the road? Call first: mobile road service may beat a tow.
- Bring any warning-light history and recent repair invoices; they shorten diagnosis.
