Payment, Warranty & Billing
A big repair bill is its own problem. Between an extended warranty, financing and fleet billing, there is usually a way to spread it out or hand it to someone else.
Extended and aftermarket warranties
If you carry a service contract, bring it in
We work with most aftermarket warranty companies. If you bought an extended warranty or a vehicle service contract, whether with the vehicle or separately, tell us at write-up and hand us the contract or the policy number. We will contact the administrator, get the repair authorized and bill them directly wherever the contract allows it.
Two things worth knowing before you arrive. The administrator, not the shop, decides what a contract covers, so authorization can take a call or two and occasionally a teardown to show them the failed component. And most contracts exclude wear items and pay a set labor rate, so there can be a difference between their number and the invoice. We will tell you what that gap is before we start, never after.
Financing
Two ways to spread the cost
Sometimes the truck has to run and the timing is wrong. We are set up with two finance companies so a repair does not have to wait for payday:
Koalafi
Applied for at the counter. Approval, amount and terms are set by Koalafi, not by the shop.
American First Finance
A second option if the first is not the right fit. Terms again come from the lender.
Financing is provided by these companies, not by Allstate Auto & Truck Repair. Approval, rates and terms are theirs to set and are subject to their own criteria. Ask us at write-up and we will start the application with you.
Fleet and agency billing
Accounts, programs and purchase orders
Commercial and government work rarely gets paid at the counter, so the billing side matters as much as the wrenching. We are set up to invoice the way your organization already buys repairs.
Holman Fleet Management
We are set up with Holman, so units under a Holman program can be authorized and billed through it rather than paid for at pickup.
GSA Fleet
An approved service provider for GSA Fleet vehicles: the work is billed to GSA instead of to the driver. How that works.
Purchase orders
Agency and company POs, consolidated invoicing and documented repair records on every unit. Fleet accounts.
Backed either way
Our own warranty still applies
However the invoice gets paid, the work carries the same in-shop warranty: 90 days on labor and 12 months on parts. Qualifying commercial repairs also carry NAPA's nationwide over-the-road warranty, and JASPER units carry their own transferable parts and labor coverage.
