Electrical work has a reputation for guesswork because that is how many shops do it: swap the battery, swap the alternator, hope. We work from wiring diagrams with meters and scopes: voltage drop tests on grounds, amp clamps on parasitic drains, load tests on charging systems. The failure is always physical and findable, whether it is a chafed harness, a corroded splice or a module held hostage by a bad ground.
Florida is hard on truck electrics: heat cooks batteries from the inside and coastal humidity feeds corrosion at every connector, pigtail and gladhand-adjacent junction. The climate is a fact; catching its damage early is a choice.

Straight answers
My battery keeps dying. Is it the battery?
Only a test says. A weak battery, a lazy alternator and a parasitic drain all present the same way at 6 AM. We test all three paths and fix the one that is actually guilty.
Can you repair wiring instead of replacing the harness?
Usually yes. Proper splices, sealed connections and correct routing repair most harness damage at a fraction of replacement cost. When a harness is truly beyond saving, we tell you.
Do you wire trailer plugs and liftgates?
Yes, both are everyday work here, including the corroded pigtails and bad grounds that cause most trailer light complaints.
