Diesel Truck Repair in Jacksonville
A diesel truck is five systems pretending to be one. Air, fuel, aftertreatment, electronics and driveline all lean on each other, and a shop that only owns a piece of that hands you back a truck with the same complaint. We work the whole thing.

Five systems, one bay, one invoice
Low power on a loaded diesel is rarely one part. A restricted intake makes the turbo work harder, the extra fuel loads the filter with soot, the filter forces regens the duty cycle cannot finish, and by the time a derate lands the original fault is three failures back. Chasing that across three vendors costs more in downtime than the repair ever did.
Everything that touches a diesel drivetrain happens at 3190 W Beaver St: turbochargers, injection, cooling, charge air, exhaust and aftertreatment, plus the wiring and sensors that tie them together. One set of technicians follows the fault from the symptom to the cause, and one invoice explains what was found and why.

The engine families through these doors
Cummins, Detroit Diesel and Caterpillar power most of what rolls in, alongside Duramax and Power Stroke on the medium-duty and light-duty side, with Allison automatics behind a good share of them. Our technicians hold current ASE certifications and see these platforms daily rather than occasionally.
Model-specific habits matter more than general diesel knowledge. Knowing which family tends to crack an EGR cooler, which one hides a harness chafe under the same bracket every time, and which one will pass a static test and still fail under load is what shortens a diagnosis from days to hours.

Questions we hear
Straight answers
Do you work on heavy trucks or only pickups?
Both. The bays and lifts here are sized for Class 8 tractors, so a sleeper tractor, a box truck, a vocational chassis and a diesel pickup all fit. Tell us the unit when you call and we will schedule the right bay.
My truck is derated and barely moving. Can you take it?
Call (904) 683-6707 before the truck moves. A derate usually traces to the aftertreatment or a sensor feeding it, and we can often tell from the fault history whether it should be driven in or towed. We arrange towing to the shop when driving it would make the repair worse.
Will you diagnose it before quoting the repair?
Yes. A fault code names a circuit, not a failed part, and replacing on a code is how the same truck comes back twice. We test first, then quote the repair with parts and labor separated, and nothing gets done without your authorization.
Do you service fleets on a schedule?
Yes. Scheduled preventive maintenance, batched DOT inspections and consolidated billing are set up for mixed fleets, and we bill through the major fleet management programs. See fleet services for how those accounts work.
