The Peace of Mind warranty, in plain terms
Qualifying repairs and services performed here are covered by the NAPA AutoCare Peace of Mind warranty for 24 months or 24,000 miles, parts and labor, at no extra charge. It is a written warranty honored at more than 17,000 NAPA AutoCare locations across the country, which is more than any other repair brand offers.
That coverage exists for a practical reason: work performed in Jacksonville should not lose its backing because the truck is somewhere else when a problem shows up. For warranty service more than 25 miles from our shop, the NAPA AutoCare Warranty Administrator can be reached at 800-452-NAPA (6272), and full warranty details are published at napaautocare.com.

Straight answers
Does the NAPA warranty cost extra?
No. Peace of Mind coverage is included free with qualifying repair and service work. Ask us at write-up whether your specific repair qualifies and we will tell you plainly.
What if a covered repair fails while I am out of state?
The warranty is honored at more than 17,000 NAPA AutoCare locations nationwide. Outside a 25-mile radius of our shop, contact the NAPA AutoCare Warranty Administrator at 800-452-NAPA (6272) and they will direct you to a participating location.
How is this different from the NAPA Truck Service warranty?
They are two separate programs and we hold both. AutoCare covers qualifying repairs at 24 months / 24,000 miles. The Truck Service Center over-the-road program covers qualifying repairs on commercial highway vehicles for 12 months with unlimited mileage. We will tell you which program applies to your repair.
